Collaboration
This update adds teams, per-harness sharing by email and role-based permissions.
Teams
- Create teams for projects or departments.
- Invite members by email; access activates when they sign in with that address and accept the invite on the new Teams page.
- Assign roles (View, Edit, Admin) to control changes and sharing.
- Sharing a harness with a team does not count against per-harness collaborator limits.

Share Individual Harnesses
- Invite specific email addresses to a single harness.
- Choose View, Edit, or Admin.
- Useful for vendors or one-off collaborations outside of a team.

- When a harness has collaborators, a floating indicator appears in the top-right corner of the Harness Builder.
- Shows who else is currently editing the harness in real-time.
- Displays user avatars and names of active editors.
- Helps avoid conflicts when multiple people are working simultaneously.

- Own 1 team
- Join up to 3 teams total
- 3 members per team
- 3 collaborators per harness

Security Features
Email-Based Access Control
- Access requires sign-in with invited email address
- No generic link sharing - all collaborators tracked
- Easy revocation for specific addresses
Team-Based Permissions
- Team access doesn't count against individual limits
- Admins control invitation rights
Getting Started
- Teams: Create from teams page -> invite members -> share harnesses
- Individual sharing: Use share button on any harness -> add email addresses
- Monitor usage: Check account page for current limits and usage
